Rules that protect the platform
Transparent Payments
Credits, pricing and refund guidance
Fair Legal Safeguards
Mandatory rights stay protected
These terms explain what British Reseller Panel provides, what resellers are responsible for, and how credits, payments, security and legal rights are handled.
1. About These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and the confirmed contracting entity operating British Reseller Panel. They apply to the public website, reseller dashboard, credit management functions, support channels and related digital services that expressly refer to them.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our Refund Policy provides further information about refund requests. Any order confirmation or written service schedule agreed with you also forms part of the agreement. If there is a direct conflict, a specifically agreed written service schedule takes priority for that order.
2. Eligibility and Business Accounts
The service is intended principally for resellers and other business users. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. You must provide accurate, current information and update it when necessary.
If you act for a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms and Conditions on its behalf. We may request reasonable verification before opening an account, processing an order or changing account ownership. We may refuse an application where verification is incomplete, fraud is suspected or providing access would create a legal or security risk.
If you are legally treated as a consumer despite the business purpose of the service, applicable statutory consumer rights remain available and take priority over any inconsistent provision in these Terms and Conditions.
3. What We Provide
British Reseller Panel provides business technology for managing reseller operations. Depending on the package, functions may include account administration, customer records, credit allocation, renewal tools, reporting, sub-reseller controls and support.
Current features, credit prices and package descriptions appear on our Pricing page. Website descriptions are general summaries. The functions included in your purchase are those shown in the relevant order confirmation, account or written quotation at the time we accept the order.
We may improve, replace or retire features for security, performance or legal compliance. We will take reasonable steps not to materially reduce core paid functionality during an active period without a valid reason.
4. Technology-Provider Status
British Reseller Panel supplies reseller management and administrative technology. Unless an order expressly states otherwise, we do not produce, own, license, broadcast or host third party television, film or other media content. Panel access does not grant you intellectual property rights in third party material or permission to distribute material that requires authorisation.
You are responsible for ensuring your business, suppliers, marketing and panel use are lawful wherever you operate, including obtaining required licences or permissions. We do not provide legal or tax advice.
5. Demonstrations, Trials and Onboarding
A demonstration explains available functionality but does not guarantee every feature will be included in your package. Trials and promotional credits may be time limited, restricted or withdrawn if misused.
Trial information may be deleted when the trial ends. Do not rely on a trial as permanent storage or enter live customer information unless we confirm the environment is suitable. Paid conversion uses the price and features confirmed at purchase.
6. Credits, Orders and Activation
Credits are prepaid units used for the functions or service durations displayed in the panel or order. They are not money, electronic money or an investment. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where our Refund Policy or law requires.
Credit values, deductions and package mappings may differ between services. Check the current Pricing page, quotation and panel information before ordering or activating a service. An activation or renewal instruction submitted through your account is normally processed immediately and may not be reversible once completed.
An order is accepted when we confirm it or add the purchase to your account. We may correct an obvious error before acceptance. If payment was taken for an order we cannot accept, we will return it appropriately.
7. Prices, Payments and Taxes
Prices are shown in the stated currency and may change for future purchases. A price change will not retrospectively alter credits already validly purchased. Any mandatory fee payable to us will be shown before an order is completed; charges imposed independently by your bank, card issuer or payment provider remain your responsibility.
Payment must be made through a payment route confirmed by British Reseller Panel. Do not send money to an unverified personal account or follow payment instructions received from an unfamiliar contact. Report suspicious requests through our Contact page.
You are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations arising from your resale activity, excluding taxes on our net income. We may request invoice or transaction information for accounting, fraud prevention and compliance.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory law. Because credits and digital account functions can be supplied or consumed promptly, activated, allocated or used credits are generally not refundable merely because you change your mind. This does not limit a remedy required for a duplicate payment, an incorrect allocation caused by us, a service we fail to supply or another right that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies to a consumer, we will honour it. Immediate supply during a cancellation period may require acknowledgement of how supply affects that right. See the GOV.UK guidance on online and distance selling.
Contact us before starting a payment dispute where possible. A fraudulent chargeback may lead to temporary restriction while evidence is reviewed, but a genuine dispute or legal claim will not justify retaliation.
9. Your Responsibilities as a Reseller
You are an independent business, not our employee, partner, franchisee or agent. You set lawful retail prices and remain responsible for customer relationships, billing, taxes, complaints and first-line support.
You must describe your offering accurately and must not claim that you or your customers are employed by, endorsed by or officially affiliated with British Reseller Panel, Autven or an unrelated third party. You must provide your customers with legally required terms, privacy information and cancellation or refund information.
You are responsible for activity resulting from your instructions, configuration or failure to apply reasonable controls. You must investigate complaints and cooperate with proportionate security enquiries.
10. Terms and Conditions for Acceptable Use
You must use the website, panel and credits only for lawful business purposes. You must not, and must not assist anyone to:
- ✓infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy or other rights
- ✓distribute or facilitate access to material without required permission
- ✓deceive customers, impersonate another person or make false affiliation claims
- ✓obtain payment through fraud, stolen credentials or misleading sales practices
- ✓share account credentials with unauthorised parties
- ✓bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities or interfere with platform security
- ✓reverse engineer, decompile or copy protected software except where law expressly permits
- ✓use bots, scraping, bulk requests or automation that damages, overloads or circumvents limits
- ✓introduce malware, malicious code, phishing material or harmful data
- ✓harass staff, customers or other users, or
- ✓use the service in breach of sanctions, export controls or another applicable law
We may investigate suspected abuse and preserve relevant records. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators and law enforcement authorities.
11. Account Security and Authorised Users
Keep passwords and access links confidential, use strong unique credentials and limit access to people who need it. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, compromised credentials or an incorrect administrator change.
You are responsible for account instructions until you report compromise, except where our failure to apply reasonable security caused the loss. Verification may be required before sensitive account changes.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a dependable service, but uninterrupted or error free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, software updates, security work, internet failures, upstream services and events outside reasonable control may affect access.
Where practical, we will communicate planned maintenance or a material incident. Service targets are not guarantees unless stated in a signed service level agreement. Maintain reasonable records and continuity arrangements for your operation.
13. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on or link to payment processors, hosting providers, messaging services and other third party systems. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply to your direct use of those services.
We are not responsible for an independent third party’s acts or availability, without excluding responsibility the law places on us for our own conduct.
14. Intellectual Property and Submitted Information
We and our licensors retain ownership of the website, panel software, branding, documentation, layout and original materials. Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the purchased service for your internal reseller business.
You retain ownership of information you lawfully submit and grant us only the rights needed to process it for the service. You confirm you have authority to submit it.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account, website, transaction and support information. Where you enter information about your customers, you generally act as the controller of that information and must have an appropriate lawful basis and privacy notice.
We may act as a processor for reseller managed customer information, subject to the service arrangement and applicable law. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Contact us if your organisation requires a separate data processing agreement.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may ask to close your account at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, fraud, serious or repeated breach, unlawful activity, security risk, sanctions exposure or harm to the service or another person.
Where possible, we will explain the reason and allow a remediable breach to be corrected. Immediate action may be needed for urgent security or legal concerns. Unused credits are handled according to the reason, Refund Policy and mandatory law.
17. Disclaimers and Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that the law does not permit us to limit.
For business users, neither party is liable, where law permits, for indirect loss or loss of profit, revenue, savings, goodwill or opportunity. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for affected services during the preceding 12 months.
The limitations above do not reduce any mandatory remedy available to a consumer. UK consumer law requires consumer terms to be fair and transparent; see the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
18. Business Indemnity
If you use the service for business purposes, you will be responsible for reasonable losses, claims and costs finally awarded or agreed in settlement that arise directly from your unlawful resale activity, your material breach of Section 10, your infringement of third party rights or misleading representations made to your customers.
This applies only to the extent your conduct caused the claim. We will notify you, allow reasonable participation in the defence and limit avoidable loss.
19. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect service, security, legal or operational changes. The updated date will appear at the top. For a material change affecting an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice through the panel, website or registered contact details where practicable.
Changes apply prospectively. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and request closure before they take effect. Existing rights and obligations remain unaffected.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim in another competent court.
Before starting formal proceedings, please send a written description of the issue and the requested resolution. We will try to resolve the dispute in good faith, normally allowing up to 30 days for an initial informal process. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a statutory right.
21. General Legal Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer the agreement without consent; we may transfer it in a genuine restructuring if mandatory rights are preserved.
These Terms and Conditions, incorporated policies and applicable order form are the agreement about the service. Nothing creates a partnership, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship. Third parties have no enforcement right unless law provides otherwise.
